Designer
Creative & Digital Director
As an Artist, Richie Adomako’s work varies in forms of Neo-expressionism in formats of paintings, installations as well as compositions in sound and performances; perhaps caught paradoxically between a dadaist prognosis and futurist cure.
Working in dynamic forms and groups is an essential part of the knowledge & economy-related company. With the amplified influence of evolving technologies on work routines and new focus onf the architecture of design in terms of work and working environments, we are learning to become accustomed to continuous improvements, especially within increasingly shorter time cycles that depend on a multiplicity in working habits (all while sometimes creating programs and systems that facilicitate and also allow us to create progress with cycles within cycles).
Whether as a director, developer, designer, writer or technologist, these forms remain true to me with purpose. With an early start in the industry since the dial-up (24k) times, I've had the chance and luck to gain great experience in both design and development in multiple avenues. My passion for the digital, design experience and process also extends itself to the arts, where I have also been fortunate to show my work at institutions and establishments around the world like the Whitney Museum in NYC and the Witte de Witte in Rotterdam among others.
Overall, my experience and search for growth anew is a conveyance and journey that I will never be able to mark complete in this digital undertaking, yet it provides great excitement (and sometimes problems) to making this whole experience worth the while (though often, that is just temporary). As a result, I always look forward to new challenges and adventures, and ideally comrades in adding to our eternal code and library of life.
